We're Hiring!

SWOT is looking for a hardworking, reliable labourer to work alongside Sam as needed.

We work across Colac and surrounds on earthworks and landscaping projects, including driveways, retaining walls, site cuts and general landscaping. There’s plenty of variety in the work!

About the role

You’ll be working alongside Sam, helping with:

• General labouring
• Collecting materials from suppliers, which will require you to tow a trailer
• Preparing work areas and keeping sites tidy
• Using hand tools and assisting with other tasks as required

Who we’re looking for

We want someone who is willing to put in a solid day’s work, turns up when they say they will and takes pride in what they do.

You’ll need to be comfortable with physical work outdoors, able to follow instructions, willing to learn and mindful of safety and our clients’ properties.

Previous experience in earthworks or landscaping is a bonus.
